Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 20 years. I have treated adults, children, teenagers, and their families.

I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Social Work. I abide by the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics.

I specialize in working with adult women who are adjusting to change in their lives. Sometimes, my clients are experiencing the heartbreak of a relationship ending, the upheaval of a separation or divorce, or the intense grief associated with losing a loved one. I often walk alongside my clients as they discover new identities and begin fresh chapters in their lives. I also treat young adults and adults who are experiencing depression, struggling with anxiety, or people-pleasing. My approach is compassionate, encouraging, and authentic. As a wife and the mother of a son, I understand today’s busy families and help my clients find balance, greater peace, and hope in their lives.
